EXTENDED SOUND BATH | OCTOBER

Extended Sound Bath + Chakra Balancing with Phoebe

Thursday 16 October
8:00PM - 9:15PM

Investment: $40

BOOKINGS ESSENTIAL

Sound Healing is an incredibly accessible and enjoyable way to access the benefits of mindfulness, even if you find it challenging to sit and meditate. Lay back, get comfy and allow the mind to follow along to an incredible soundscape. You can expect to enjoy vocals, gongs, singing bowls, percussion, and more while being wrapped up in blankets and cushions in our beautiful studio.

This Sound Bath has a particular focus on chakra balancing. Chakras are energy centres within the body that direct energy flow throughout every element of our being, from physical to mental, emotional to spiritual. Energy travels through us like a river via these energy centres - located throughout the body. Sometimes, they can become stuck due to excess energy in that space or stagnant due to a depletion. This sound bath will aim to restore balance and equilibrium throughout, resulting in participants feeling a sense of overall peace.

Your facilitator, Phoebe, is a talented musician, vocalist, sound facilitator, and producer, and no two events are the same.

No experience or skill set is required to participate. Gift this nourishing experience to a loved one or yourself this month.

POP-UP CLASS | NOVEMBER CHAKRA BALANCING

Chakra Balancing with Sushil | November Pop-Up Series

Join Sushil this November for a three-week pop-up series exploring the chakra system. The word Chakra in Sanskrit means “wheel” and is translated as spinning wheels of energy located throughout the body. Each chakra moves energy through the body and  is associated with specific organs, emotions, and their functions. Imbalance or blockages in chakras can lead to illness, fatigue, and emotional imbalances, while a balanced chakra system allows energy, or prana, to flow freely, leaving us feeling healthy and peaceful.

Throughout these sessions, you’ll learn about the seven major chakras that run along the spine, each vibrating at a unique frequency and connecting to specific organs, emotions, and functions. In this pop-up series, you’ll explore Yin yoga practices designed to help restore balance within the chakras, supporting vitality, and creating harmony throughout the body and mind.

What to expect each week:

Week 1: Explore the three lower (physical) chakras

Week 2: Dive into the four upper (spiritual) chakras

Week 3: Connect with the external chakras, also known as the auric field

Leave each class feeling grounded, balanced, and peaceful.

Dates and Times:

BRAIN HEALTH AND COGNITIVE LONGEVITY | APRIL

Brain health and cognitive longevity with Anzari

BOOK HERE

There is so much research on the tools we can use to optimise brain health and maintain cognitive longevity (memory, attention, reasoning etc. as we age). This research highlights how much control we have in not only shifting how our brains work but helping it in the long-term. It’s never too late to start and all it takes is an open mind and a little curiosity of getting to know your brain better.

This 2-hour workshop is curated to give you an insight into how you can add simple tools to your everyday life for better brain health and function. The workshop will begin with a mini neuroscience session where you will learn about the latest research on cognitive longevity. To retain this information and to practise what the research on brain health has shown us, you will be guided through a gentle flow and a yoga nidra practice. At the end of the session, there will be some time to connect with others over treats that nourish and protect the brain.

 Who is this for?

  • Anyone curious about practices for brain health and cognitive longevity

  • Anyone wanting a deeper sense of connection to themselves and their community

  • Those wanting a grounding and calming practice

What to expect

  • An insight into maintaining brain health for cognitive longevity

  • Gentle flow and yoga nidra (iRest)

  • Connect with the community

  • Treats that nourish and protect the brain

You’ll walk away with

  • A calmer nervous system

  • A deeper understanding of how the brain works

  • Learnings you can implement in your own life for better brain health

Date and time:

Saturday, 12 April 1:00pm - 3:00PM

EXTENDED SOUND BATH | APRIL

Extended Sound Bath + Chakra Balancing with Phoebe

Thursday 3 April
8:00PM - 9:15PM
