FACILITATOR INFO:

Jordan believes yoga is a multifaceted practice that provides a platform for self-inquiry. Her purpose as a teacher is to create a space where students can explore the relationship between breath and movement. With sequencing influenced from a background in dance combined with her soft spot for flow practices, Jordan encourages her students to do what feels good for them in any given moment. Offering ideas around slowing down, taking stock, and becoming more present - her hope is for individuals to apply what they learn on the mat into their daily life.

SOUND BATH | JUNE

We invite you to join us for this month's Sound Bath and take the opportunity to pause, rest and truly unwind.

Sound Bath

Thursday 13th June
8pm - 9pm

Life can be full throttle. Juggling balls, and ticking all the boxes, we are often multi-tasking. Amidst the action of life, we should also take sweet and simple moments to pause.

Sound Healing is an incredibly accessible and enjoyable way to access the benefits of mindfulness, even if you find it challenging to sit and meditate.

Lay back, get comfy and allow the mind to follow along to an incredible soundscape. You can expect to enjoy vocals, gongs, singing bowls, percussion and more, while wrapped up in blankets and cushions in our beautiful studio. Soak it all up - it isn’t called a sound “bath” for nothing.

Phoebe is a talented musician, vocalist, sound facilitator and producer and no event is the same.

No experience or skill set is required to participate. Gift this nourishing experience to a loved one, or yourself this month.
