Prenatal Yoga with Jen- 4 Week Course

Join Jen for this 4-week prenatal yoga course and explore pregnancy-safe movement and relaxation. You will learn how to move your body in a way that feels supportive and therapeutic and may help prepare you for birth. We will cover modifications that will empower you to join public classes with confidence, or cultivate a healing home practice if you wish.

Facilitator bio

Jen has been a registered yoga teacher for 7 years and holds additional qualifications in yin, meditation and prenatal yoga. Having gone through pregnancy herself last year, she is keen to help others trust and nurture their body on this journey.

Course Prerequisite

We acknowledge that each pregnancy journey is unique, and what works for one person may not work for another. If you have any concerns about practicing yoga during your pregnancy, it’s important for you to consult your healthcare professional prior.
