Facilitator bio
Tori has been practising Yoga since the age of sixteen, when she attended her first Yoga class as her chosen “school sport”, hooked from the get go. Sixteen years on and a teacher since 2012, Tori has maintained her love of Yoga, and feels very assured it isn’t a “sport” at all.
Tori’s passion for ancient Yogic philosophy, history and practice has shaped a deep, all-encompassing teaching style, anchored in the roots of a profound, holistic tradition. She seeks to create a space for her students to experience Yoga as a means of liberation, surrender and devotion. Knowing Yoga as more than just a means of maintaining a healthy body, Tori has experienced the effects it can have on the mind and our connection to spirit, and remains committed to ongoing svādhyāya (self-study); ever the student of Yoga.
