Welcome to Assembly Yoga + Pilates.

We are proud to provide and safe and supportive environment and we feel a great responsibility to look after our team, students and wider community.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By booking into and attending a class or workshop with us you acknowledge that you understand the following T+C’s:

  • Late entry is not possible – studio doors close at the advertised start time and we recommend arriving at least 5 minutes early. Please don’t ask us for refunds if you are late.

  • Please check in with your teacher before each class so we have an accurate attendance record and so they can give you a warm welcome

  • Teachers are subject to change without notice

  • All personal belongings must be stored away and mobile phones switched off

  • No phones in the studio - it’s so important to switch off and be present

  • Assembly Yoga + Pilates is not responsible for the safekeeping of your belongings but we do shut the doors for security during all classes

  • All classes must be paid for before participation

  • We will always look after our students but are not liable for personal injury 

PURCHASES AND REFUNDS

  • Prices are listed in AUD and include GST.

  • All purchases are final.

  • Event and workshop tickets are non-refundable but are transferable.

  • Our multi-class passes have an expiry of 12 months - please take note at time of purchase. 

  • Class passes cannot be shared with friends and family.

  • Intro offer is a one-time offer and is valid for 21 days after your first class.

  • Your Intro Pass starts from the date of the first class you book into so it will prevent you from booking into any classes before that date.

  • No shows or late cancellations (within 5 mins of class start time) will be charged.

  • We do not accept cancellations by phone or email - please manage your bookings via the Mindbody app.

MEMBERSHIPS

  • Upfront memberships are a one time payment in full with no concessions, suspensions or extensions.

  • Weekly memberships can be suspended or cancelled at any time with 7 days written notice to hello@assemblystudios.com.au

  • Minimum suspension time is 14 days.

  • Please keep your card details updated to ensure payment processing.

  • Upfront memberships (3, 6 and 12 months) cannot be paused

GIFT CARDS

  • Gift cards are available online or in studio.

  • Gift card sales are final.

  • Gift cards are not transferable.

  • Gift cards are not redeemable for cash.

PRIVACY POLICY

  • Assembly Yoga is committed to protecting your personal information.

  • We won’t share your information or spam you.

  • All credit card details are encrypted and never made visible.

  • You should notify us immediately if there is any unauthorised use of your account.
