GENTLE FLOW

This is the class for you if you’re newer to yoga or prefer to keep things low key. Enjoy a simple sequence of physical postures with very clear instructions. This is a dynamic class with a strong focus on breathing and mindfulness techniques. Build physical strength and flexibility at your own pace, with modifications for all levels including pregnancy and plenty of opportunities for rest. 

Includes physical postures (asana), breathing techniques (pranayama) and meditation. 

Expect to feel supported and informed.

FLOW

Our strongest yoga class is a dynamic flow with an emphasis on the breath. Enjoy creative and playful sequences of yoga postures, with the opportunity to incorporate arm balancing, back bending and inversions. This class will build stamina, strength and mobility with plenty of time to wind down for savasana and meditation. Great for students who really enjoy a stronger movement practice.

Includes physical postures (asana), breathing techniques (pranayama) and meditation.

Expect to feel challenged and inspired.

MOVE + TUNES

A 45 minute class inspired by yoga and pilates. Expect feel good movement with an uplifting soundtrack, an opportunity to move your body in fun and creative ways.

This class is all about experiencing freedom of movement, paired with a playlist designed to lift your spirits and set you up right for the weekend ahead.

You will feel supported no matter your level of fitness or coordination.

For now, you can find Move + Tunes on the first Friday of each month.

MAT PILATES

Mat Pilates is an open level class that uses a variety of exercises and props to strengthen your whole body. Grounded in technique, this is a low-impact but challenging class that will develop your strength and endurance, and with a little consistency, will absolutely change the way you feel in your skin.

With heaps of modifications and progressions on offer each class is fun, engaging no matter your experience or fitness level. Low impact, and focussed on deep muscle activation and postural alignment.

Taught with a variety of props, you'll never be bored.

Expect to feel energised, strong from the inside-out, and keen for more.

CHILL

This slow-paced class is an opportunity to pause and unwind. You can expect to enjoy very gentle movement, yin style stretching and restorative yoga poses to create the conditions for deep rest. Perfect for all levels, including the absolute beginner, pregnancy and injuries.

Includes very gentle physical postures (asana), breathing techniques (pranayama) and meditation.

Expect to feel relaxed and replenished

CHILL + SOUND

This slow paced class is an opportunity to pause and unwind. A combination of very gentle movement, stretching and restorative yoga poses with the bonus of sound healing. Soak up the sounds of quartz, crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, chimes and various sound haling intsruments.

Perfect for all levels, including the absolute beginner, pregnancy and injuries.

Expect to feel relaxed and replenished

CHILL + NIDRA

This slow paced class is an opportunity to pause and unwind. Enjoy very gentle movement, stretching and restorative yoga poses, followed by a 20 minute Yoga Nidra.

Yoga Nidra is a specific guided meditation technique, similar to a body scan, creating the conditions for deep rest and healing. With immense benefits for those who experience stress, difficulty sleeping, or looking for more ease, Yoga Nidra is for everyone and no experience is required.

This class is perfect for all levels, including the absolute beginner, pregnancy and injuries.

Expect to feel relaxed and replenished

SOUND BATH

We host a monthly Sound Bath, facilitated by Phoebe Dubar. Not only is Phoebe an incredible sound facilitator, she is a classically trained musician and vocalist.
