Facilitator Bio:
Kayla’s classes are fluid, playful, experiential and empowering, designed to invite students to listen with and sense into their whole body-mind. Yoga came to Kayla’s life as a way to release stress and feel good within her body, and over the years it has evolved into so much more - a rich practice to anchor herself back into the body and to meet life with greater ease. Using embodied movement, asana, meditation, trauma-informed frameworks, modern theming and breath work, Kayla warmly offers students a space where there is no “level” of yoga to achieve but an opportunity to experience their unique body, sensations and emotions from moment to moment.
