ASSISTED YIN with Tori and Jordan
Sometimes stillness is the best movement. In a fast-paced, online world, we often miss the benefits of stillness and touch without feeling like we must give back or catch up. Deep healing happens when we can step back and receive. This extended Yin class includes hands-on assists from teachers, with prior consent. Using touch to adjust and add gentle pressure, our teachers can ensure your body gets the best possible outcome from the practice, experiencing release and softening in new ways. Hands-on assists can help stretch under-nurtured areas of the body, calming the nervous.

What to expect:
90 mins of Yin yoga, with holds up to 7 mins, accompanied by 1:1 assists and tactile support.
Deep, nourishing stretches and breathwork to gently shift physical and emotional tension.
Switch off from overwhelm and recalibrate the nervous system.
You’ll walk away with a renewed sense of calm and care, inspiring you to welcome more regulating practices into your life.
