PRINCIPLES OF PILATES MOVEMENT
May Pop-up Pilates Class:
When your foundations are strong, you are strong. This all-levels Pilates class is designed to help you learn how healthy movement patterns, alignment, and strength-building techniques can improve your practice, prevent injury, and support long-term movement health.
Each session will focus on building strength, stability, and confidence in your body.
The Foundations of Movement – Learn how mobility, stability, and alignment impact your overall health. This session will break down key movements and introduce anatomy-based cueing to help refine your form.
Targeted Strength & Injury Prevention –Focus on shoulders, spine, core, hips, and knees, with movement strategies to improve alignment and prevent common injuries. Expect hands-on guidance, props to enhance or challenge movements, and practical techniques that will empower you to move functionally—on and off the mat.

Facilitator Bio:
Nikki is a Pilates teacher and contemporary dancer. She possesses a passion for movement paired with curiosity of how we can move our bodies to benefit our life. Her classes allow you to take a moment away from everyday life and focus on your breath, alignment and body-mind connection as a base to improve strength, skills and posture.
