YOGA ASANA CONDITIONING
Join Jodi for a dynamic 90-minute yoga class designed to build strength, mobility and confidence in your yoga practice. In this session, you will use weights and blocks to move through a yoga flow infused with strength drills and resistance-based movement. Expect to explore familiar yoga postures in new ways, activating your muscles and deepening your connection to your body.
This class is open to all levels and a great opportunity to challenge yourself while staying grounded in mindful movement. Leave feeling strong, energised, and empowered.

Having worked as an athlete, health and wellness coach and yoga teacher for more than 10 years, I have seen my mindset, body and life literally transform through yoga.
I thrive on connection and am fascinated by the mind-body connection. I express this through practicing what I preach and sharing as I teach on this amazing journey called YOGA.
