REST, REFLECT + RESET | WINTER SOLSTICE WORKSHOP
Join Stacey June, Yoga Teacher and Counsellor/Psychotherapist, for a nourishing two-hour Winter Solstice Workshop honouring the power of pause. Rooted in the energy of the solstice the darkest and stillest day of the year this ceremonial experience invites you to slow down, turn inward, and plant seeds for what’s next.
Together, we’ll explore the solstice as a symbolic and energetic threshold: a time to honour endings, embrace rest, and set clear intentions from a grounded, reflective place. Through gentle yoga, mindfulness practices, and guided self-inquiry, you’ll be supported to listen and reconnect with your inner rhythm. This workshop blends ceremony and seasonal insight with accessible psychoeducation around nervous system care, the importance of slowing down, and simple ways to introduce micro pauses into everyday life.
