Winter Self-Care Yoga Series
June Pop-up Yoga Class:
Join Stacey June, Yoga Teacher and Counsellor/Psychotherapist, for a nourishing series of yoga classes and a Winter Self-Care Workshop.
Suitable for all levels, this series is an invitation to embrace winter as a time for intentional rest, renewal, and self-care through the practices of yoga and mindfulness.
What to expect:
A gentle flow practice followed by restorative yoga shapes
Mindfulness practices, including journaling, manifestation and visualisation meditation
Therapeutic insight from a qualified practitioner, explore themes of self-forgiveness and self-care.
