MONTHLY MASTERCLASS | MARCH

A dynamic and challenging class for regular and adventurous students looking to workshop more complex asana and pranayama techniques. Expect inversions, arm balances, deep twists and backbends and extended meditation and pranayama practices. This 90 minute class runs on the first Wednesday of the month with guest teachers from all over Melbourne.

This month we welcome with open arms the funny and whole hearted Sarah Metzger. Owner of (Here) Yoga in Malvern and a respected teacher and teacher trainer, Sarah’s lighthearted classes remind you just how good yoga can make you feel!

Expect a creative and dynamic class with a lot of heart. Sarah is known for her skill at weaving in philosophy and theming into her uplifting classes so that every breath, pose and transition has meaning. This will be one to remember.
