Join yoga teacher and arm balancing coach Sangeetha for a four week program to learn how to incorporate arm balances into your yoga practice.
This program runs over four weeks and includes strength and mobility drills, skill practice, individual coaching and spotting and a chance to put it all together in some flow sequencing.
Some of the poses and transitions we will work on together include: crow pose jump back to plank, side crow to koundinyasana, chinstand, dolphin pose to forearm balance, headstand and handstand.…let's see where the group takes us!

ABOUT SANGEETHA
Sangeetha is an avid Ashtanga Yoga practitioner and a certified arm balance coach. She is also deeply passionate about movement from various disciplines and continues to explore new movement practices. Her creative flow classes incorporate the concept of moving with breath to encourage practitioners to move with awareness, self-explore and build strength both physically and mentally. We are stoked to have her on board as part of the Assembly Yoga team!
