Enjoy an extended 90 minute Chill + Nidra practice with time to specifically explore, discuss and experience the benefits of Yoga Nidra. This is a chance to learn from and be guided by a highly experienced and knowledgeable teacher. Sushil’s weekly classes are a crowd favourite - for good reason - so we are thrilled to offer this chance to spend some more time with her.

Yoga Nidra is a specific guided meditation technique, with a rich and history in the yoga tradition. With immense benefit for those experiencing stress, difficulty sleeping, or those looking to experience a deeper sense of ease, Yoga Nidra is for everyone and no experience is required.
