Prenatal Yoga with Jordan - 5 Week Course
Explore pregnancy-safe movement and cultivate community connections on this five week program. Centred on therapeutic practices and resources, you’ll be empowered with knowledge to navigate pregnancy with more ease and a deepened trust in your body. Each session includes a one hour practice and an optional 15 minutes to stick around, connect and share experiences over a cuppa.

Facilitator bio
Jordan holds an Advanced Diploma of Yoga Teaching, with additional certification in Women-Centred, Yin, Pre & Postnatal Yoga.
