Facilitator bio:
Lara has studied Vedic Chanting in the tradition of TVK Krishnamacharya since 2018. She completed her Vedic Chanting Teacher Training with Vedic Chanting Australia in 2022 and her practice and study is ongoing. Lara has been a practitioner of yoga for 22 years and has been teaching for 15 years. Lara is immensely grateful to her teachers, the teachings themselves and for the privilege in preserving and sharing these ancient practices.
