STUDIO OPEN DAY

We are running free classes all day to kick off our birthday month celebrations!

Come say hi, book yourself for a free class or bring a mate along to practice on our studio open day on Sunday 5th June.

We are proud to provide a laid-back and welcoming environment to learn and practice yoga and we will be throwing the doors open to mark the start of our birthday month!

On Sunday we run each of our three class styles, so there is something for everyone.

Classes are free, but bookings are essential. Please download the Mindbody app and book your spot in the individual classes on the day!

• Sunday 9:30am Gentle Flow with Melissa (60 mins)
