Soothe: a nourishing practice to soothe your nervous system

This extended practice is all about creating space to slow down, take a deep breath and lean into the practices of yoga to soothe both body and mind.

Press pause with us for an extended 90-minute practice that includes a grounding gentle flow, breathwork, meditation, and journaling.

Who is this for:

  • Anybody who is feeling stressed / overwhelmed

  • Students wanting to create a self-care practice

  • Anybody wanting to treat themselves with some time out

 What to expect:

  • Gentle movement, pranayama, meditation and journaling

  • A welcoming, spacious and relaxed session with an experienced teacher

You’ll walk away with:

  • Feeling well rested - and in for a good night’s sleep!

  • Inspired by having 1.5 hours of time to reflect and dream   

  • New learnings around self-soothing practices
