FACILITATOR INFO:
Jordan believes yoga is a multifaceted practice that provides a platform for self-inquiry. Her purpose as a teacher is to create a space where students can explore the relationship between breath and movement. With sequencing influenced from a background in dance combined with her soft spot for flow practices, Jordan encourages her students to do what feels good for them in any given moment. Offering ideas around slowing down, taking stock, and becoming more present - her hope is for individuals to apply what they learn on the mat into their daily life.
