Facilitator
Yoga has been Ko’s on and off companion and friend since she was a teenager – that’s fifty years now. From her early keen interest, through the ups and downs of living, yoga has been a support and guide, helping to stay lively and connected with body, breathing and nourishing values.
Since retiring during Covid-19, Ko has deepened her understanding of yoga through studying in Yoga Teacher Training. Now a qualified yoga teacher, she is keen to offer her knowledge and experience to others.
