MONTHLY MASTERCLASS | FEBRUARY

A dynamic and challenging class for regular and adventurous students looking to workshop more complex asana and pranayama techniques. Expect inversions, arm balances, deep twists and backbends and extended meditation and pranayama practices. This 90 minute class runs on the first Wednesday of the month with guest teachers from all over Melbourne.

We will take a break in January and be back in 2021 in the first week of February with the incredible Sangeetha Nagaratnam. You can expect a whole lot of opportunity to get upside down and play with arm balancing and some really fun creative sequencing.
