A dynamic and challenging class for regular and adventurous students looking to workshop more complex asana and pranayama techniques. Expect inversions, arm balances, deep twists and backbends and extended meditation and pranayama practices. This 90 minute class runs on the first Wednesday of the month with guest teachers from all over Melbourne.
This month we welcome Ashleigh Dickinson. Expect a playful and energetic class from an experienced and much loved teacher who has taught at many exceptional studios including Yoke, Power Living and Yoga 213 . Expect a creative and challenging class with humour and heart.
