A dynamic and challenging class for regular and adventurous students looking to workshop more complex asana and pranayama techniques. Expect inversions, arm balances, deep twists and backbends and extended meditation and pranayama practices. This 90 minute class runs on the first Wednesday of the month with guest teachers from all over Melbourne. Check out our timetable for specific dates and teachers.
