MEDITATION + COFFEE | MAY


Kickstart your meditation habit with the support of a group and learn practical techniques in a laid back learning environment.

Join us for a six week block starting Friday 7th May. Each Friday morning we will start with a morning meditation session and then grab a coffee together afterwards. The 30 minute guided session will run from 7:30am - 8am at the studio before heading downstairs to Migrant Coffee.

WHAT TO EXPECT

  • Learn to meditate in a laid back and friendly group setting with the support of facilitator Alexis Gutteridge

  • Enjoy a 30 minute guided practice followed by coffee and discussion and a chance to ask all your meditation questions

  • Enjoy the opportunity to hang out with likeminded folk or grab your coffee to go (it’s included)

  • Regular meditators looking for the support of a group

SESSION DETAILS

Sessions run in studio 7:30am - 8am followed by coffee at Migrant Coffee (just downstairs).
