INTERMEDIATE HANDSTAND WORKSHOP WITH SUNDI

Everyday people, yogis and movement lovers, get upside down with confidence!

In this workshop you will be shown how to further increase handstand specific strength and endurance whilst layering key technical ability and movement patterns on top of your physical base.

 The focus will be on balance mechanics and entries. For those terrified of falling it will also be a chance to understand how to fall and confront your fear in a safe and controlled environment.

 Who is this for?

  • Students who already have some handstand experience under their belt

  • Anyone looking for tips and tools to improve

  • Workshop pre-requisite: You can kick up to the wall by themselves.


What to expect

Tips, tools and coaching to:

• Eliminate the fear of falling over
• Learn the two key drills to develop the ability to hold and balance your handstand
• Learn a step by step approach to nailing your entries
• Learn to increase the time you can hold a handstand and build the confidence and skill necessary to leave the wall behind and be able to handstand anywhere

  • A renewed sense of understanding your own unique handstand practice

  • All the tools needed to progress yourself forwards from where you currently are

Facilitator bio

With such an incredible reputation we are stoked to host Sundi! Learn more about him at his website.

Sundi is a Melbourne based handstand practitioner and coach. For the last 12 years he has been working with individuals helping them succeed in their physical pursuits.

In the last 6 years he has completely focused on handstands as a specialist coach, guiding hundreds of students along their path to success in their practice.

Growing up in Byron Bay Sundi had a very active childhood. Surfing, skating, martial arts and general weight training was a physical release and mental therapy.

Eventually he discovered hand balancing at the age of 23 and completely fell in love. It proved to be the perfect storm of challenge, creativity and self discovery.
