New Year’s Eve Reflection and Intention Setting

Are you looking for a relaxed and mindful way to reflect on 2024 and feel clear and inspired for the New Year?

Join us on December 31st to pause, reflect, and set meaningful intentions. Through guided meditation, gentle movement, journaling, and intention-setting, we will reflect on the past year and clarify what is most meaningful to us moving forward.

Who is this for?

  • Anyone who wants to put aside time to reflect on the year in a relaxing and supportive environment.

  • Anyone who wants to move into the New Year feeling inspired and aligned with their values and vision.

  • Anyone seeking a mindful and compassionate way to close 2024 and start 2025 with more clarity.

What to expect?

  • We will begin with a guided meditation, allowing you to cultivate presence.

  • We will move through a gentle Yoga sequence to remove tension from the body and welcome ease and openness.

  • We will then take some time for introspection, using guided journaling prompts to allow you to reflect on the year compassionately.

  • The session by creating meaningful intentions that are aligned with our values and hopes for the year ahead.

  • A take-home handout to dive deeper into your values and intentions so you can stay aligned throughout the year.

Facilitator bio:

Camille’s classes blend flowing movement, breath awareness and mindfulness, creating a spacious and nurturing practice for body and mind. She invites students to practice in a way that feels true to how they are feeling each day, nurturing self-awareness and compassion toward themselves.

 Her classes are supportive and welcoming to all levels of experience. With her gentle guidance, Camille aims to soothe the mind, ease tension in the body, and cultivate a lasting sense of inner peace. She hopes you leave her class feeling grounded and inspired to carry some of the practice with you into your daily life.

One of Camille’s passions is sharing Yoga with young people. She often facilitates trauma-informed Yoga programs in high schools, creating a supportive environment where teens can explore Yoga practices and discover tools to help them navigate and thrive in their daily lives.
