This event combines the power of Yoga Nidra and Sound Meditation to create the conditions for deep relaxation. 

Yoga Nidra or yogic sleep is an immensely powerful form of guided meditation. This practice is received lying down comfortably. Yoga Nidra promotes deep rest and stress release.

The sounds created by Gongs can be deeply healing, soothing and transformational.

Gong sounds combined with Yoga Nidra is a gentle yet powerful tool for the body and mind to restore inner balance. They work together to balance the nervous system by interacting with subtle structures of our being and assists in shifting stagnant energy.

About Sushil
A much loved teacher, Sushil has been practicing Yoga, Meditation and Reiki for over a decade. Alongside teaching yoga, Sushil is also a Massage therapist, Pilates instructor and Reiki master teacher. She values the importance of moving the body and stilling the mind as a means of deeper connection with the self.
