COMMUNITY YOGA + MINDFULNESS | ONLINE


We are so happy to partner with West Footscray Neighbourhood House to offer a free weekly online community class. No bookings required and all welcome. These sessions run over Zoom on Thursday evenings from 7:30pm - 8pm and are focused on relaxation and sharing self-soothing techniques to help manage stress.

This program will kick off on Thursday 19 November and run for four weeks. As restrictions ease we will consider if future dates will run online or move to a physical space in West Footscray.

WHAT TO EXPECT

  • Gentle movement and guided relaxation practices

  • A supportive environment and mental-health aware practices

  • Support from our incredible facilitator Kayla Robertson

  • Be part of the warm and welcoming West Footscray community

  • Sessions run Thursday evenings 7:30pm - 8pm

  • Session dates for 2020:Thursday 19th / 26th November and 3rd / 10th December

  • Join us for one or all four sessions of this online program

  • These sessions are free and everyone is welcome
