POP-UP CHILL + BREATH

We are excited to announce that Chill + Breath will be returning to our schedule this May.

Chill + Breath is everything you love about our Chill class, with a focus on guided breathwork. Learning to work with breath is a powerful and accessible wellbeing tool.

Enjoy very gentle movement and stretching, and learn how simple breath techniques can support relaxation, wellbeing and a sense of ease. Our focus will be on sharing accessible techniques you can take with you throughout your week.

This class is perfect for all levels, including the absolute beginner. Please let your teacher know if you are pregnant so we can provide modifications when required.

Expect to feel relaxed and confident to manage the stresses of everyday life.

In each class, Vinh creates a space where students can unwind, connect with themselves and cultivate a sense of calmness amidst the stresses of daily life. His calm presence and clear instructions, support each student to make the most of each session.
