Melissa is a yoga and Pilates teacher, teacher trainer and proud studio owner. Passionate about sharing yoga, Pilates and meditation in a laidback and approachable way that resonates in terms of our everyday lives, her classes are friendly and upbeat.

Also a certified Mental Health First Aid instructor and qualified meditation teacher, she is equally passionate about mental and physical well-being.

CECILY C

Cecily is a much loved and respected teacher known for her intelligent sequencing, nurturing assists and love of yoga philosophy. Cecily has trained with renowned international teachers Rod Stryker and Shiva Rea and brings a deep appreciation for the many practices of yoga into her classes.

Join her for lighthearted and playful movement, grounding breath practices and if you’re lucky, she might even pull out her harmonium and sing!

 

NIKKI G

Nikki is a Pilates teacher and contemporary dancer. She possesses a passion for movement paired with curiosity as to how movement offers benefit in our lives.

Her classes create space to focus on breath, alignment and body-mind connection as a base to improve strength, skills and posture.


 

REBECCA B

Yoga came into Rebecca's life while she was training in the performing arts. Always passionate about fitness, yoga offered something unique: a deep connection of the mind and body through movement and breath. This gave Rebecca a new perspective and sense of ease that she now loves to share with others.

Expect to explore spaciousness, ease and freedom in her classes and to be inspired to take these ideas out into your daily life.

 

CELESTE R

Celeste is a certified sound healer, yoga instructor and exhibiting artist. Celeste uses sound as a creative self-empowering way to help connect heart, mind and body.

Along with resonating healing instruments from all around the world, Celeste brings her compassion, creativity and yoga philosophy to her healing practices.

"I believe we are not entirely our traumas, our past and our ailments. That we are naturally balanced beings, and when we create from a place of authenticity and love, we can move mountains."

ANZARI A

A student of yoga and meditation for over 10 years, Anzari combines her love of teaching yoga with her background and passion in neuroscience.

Anzari’s classes include a focus on the breath, sequences that feel good for the body and an invitation to be as you are and move as you feel. Enjoy a natural progression of movements that are strong, yet allow you to explore your own limits. You’ll leave feeling spacious in body and mind.

 

LANA S

Born in Zagreb, Croatia, Lana is a dance artist and teacher, based in Naarm / Melbourne since 2018. During her dance studies, she discovered benefits of both Pilates and yoga and qualified with Barre Body as a Mat Pilates instructor.

Lana enjoys holding the space for people to connect and move with and around their bodies, for the purpose of mobilising, strengthening and stretching the body, or simply shifting the perspective, or state of mind. Lana brings her gentle presence, light-heartedness and joy into our space while providing a sweetly challenging, fun and well-informed class.

 

JENNIFER Z

Jen has been practicing yoga on and off for over 15 years and loves the many small (and big) ways it can change your life. Having previously taught fitness and dance classes, she found her calling in yoga.

Jen likes to think of her classes as an invitation to explore what feels good for your body and mind, honouring your uniqueness. Her teaching style is joyful and welcoming and you’ll always be greeted with a megawatt smile.

 
 

SUSHIL A

Sushil is a yoga and pilates teacher as well as a massage therapist and Reiki master.

Her classes are caring, clear and compassionate. Highly skilled at hands-on assists, she will always seek consent.

JORDAN C

Jordan has an Advanced Diploma of Yoga Teaching and further education in Yin Yoga.
Her classes are a chance to slow down, take stock and do what feels good. Her approach is creating an inclusive space where individuals can explore the relationship between breath and movement.  With sequencing influenced from a background in dance, you are guaranteed to enjoy a feeling of flow, freedom and fun.

JODI S

Jodi is a movement enthusiast and has worked as a health and fitness athlete, coach and professional for more than a decade. Her deep passion for yoga comes from the power it has to shape not only our minds and bodies but the way we live our entire lives.

Jodi has completed a range of post graduate courses and is an extremely respected teacher. She thrives on connection and you can really feel her passion and presence in each and every class.

 

CAMILLE G

Camille began practising yoga and mindfulness as a teen – as a way to soothe and find comfort during periods of anxiety. Over the years, she has experienced the empowering impact these practices have had, and how they have shaped her sense of well-being. Camille has since been inspired to share yoga with others.

Mindfulness and curiosity are weaved through Camille‘s classes. She gently guides you from one movement into the next, with the intention to soothe mind and body. Camille’s warm and welcoming approach invites everyone to join the practice no matter their experience.

Camille runs our Youth Yoga program and has specific experience working with children and young adults.

 

STACEY J

As a broadcaster, published author and experienced coach, Stacey's classes are a coming together of her storytelling skills with her love of the yoga practice.

Her classes are lighthearted and playful and her friendly and inquisitive approach provides an opportunity to meet yourself as you are.

Stacey approaches self care and yoga as a combo of movement, philosophy and fun.
