SMALL GESTURES OF LOVE

Seva is a Sanskrit word meaning service and is an important part of any spiritual practice. The idea of service can seem immense when there is so much in the world that needs fixing, so many people that need our help. Rather than being overwhelmed we can begin right now, with small and simple acts of kindness to whoever is alongside us. Being willing to help others without any need for recognition or reward allows us to side step our ego, lead from the heart and in doing so, inspire others to do the same.
