Free Community Satsang
Join us for an evening of meditation and conversation and a chance to come together without "doing" yoga.
Looking at some of the traditions most incredible ideas, this free community event will be both inspiring and uplifting. These community gatherings are an important part of the yoga tradition, and are known as a Satsang.
A combination of the Sanskrit words ‘sat’ meaning true and ‘sangha’ meaning community, it can be roughly translated to ‘being in the company/presence of truth’.
Beginning with a simple meditation, our conversation will centre around the meaning of yoga and its relevance to us in 21st century Melbourne.
