In this four-week course you will learn traditional breath practices and the science behind them. Most importantly, you will learn how to use the breath to improve your state of mind, sleep and overall health and wellbeing.
Harnessing the proven benefits of breathing practices is a powerful way to nurture your physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing. Join Cecily to engage in a study of breathwork, the breath as life-force and a multitude of pranayama techniques.
This program runs over 4 weeks. Each 75 minute session includes gentle movement, guided breathing practices, meditation and discussion with plenty of time for questions.

Facilitator bio
Cecily Chun is a much loved and respected Melbourne based Yoga and Meditation Teacher. She is the co-founder of The Yoga Group where she offers classes, workshops, retreats and yoga teacher training programs. Cecily’s positive attitude and warming nature is welcomed by all. Her classes are introspective, intuitive and nurturing and her teachings draw from traditional yoga and integrate her spiritual nature through movement and energy work. By using the power of the breath as the basis for all practices, Cecily focuses to guide students to cultivate an intimate relationship with the breath, body and mind.
