YOGA FOR BEGINNERS COURSE | MAY


Our foundational course covers what you need to know to begin a yoga practice. Join Melissa to learn the foundations of this beautiful practice and build the confidence to join our regular classes. 

This program runs over 4 consecutive weeks. Each 75 minute session includes gentle movement, guided breathing practices and discussion and plenty of time for questions. Face to face sessions are complemented by online content and a printed manual.

Perfect for anyone interested in learning more about yoga, including the absolute beginner.
