In this workshop you will be shown how to create a safe, strong body structure and efficient alignment which will lay the foundation for both entries and balance further down your path. We will also have a lot of fun!
You will learn how to take care of your shoulders and wrists. And understand the theory and application of highly effective drills scaled to wherever you are at in your handstand journey.

Sundi is a Melbourne based handstand practitioner and coach. For the last 12 years he has been working with individuals helping them succeed in their physical pursuits.
In the last 6 years he has completely focused on handstands as a specialist coach, guiding hundreds of students along their path to success in their practice.
Growing up in Byron Bay Sundi had a very active childhood. Surfing, skating, martial arts and general weight training was a physical release and mental therapy.
Eventually he discovered hand balancing at the age of 23 and completely fell in love. It proved to be the perfect storm of challenge, creativity and self discovery.
